Personal Customer Service / Account Maintenance

Multiple Custodian Relationships – Choose Your Custodian with confidence. Whether it is Charles Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade or even Raymond James, the custodian is a critical piece of your investment management and client relationship. Through Joule Financial’s multi-custodian relationships you may choose the custodian that fits your client needs the best.

Exceptional Performance Reporting – Joule Financial utilizes award winning Black Diamond for portfolio performance reporting and quarterly billing. Never feel ill equipped when it comes to your client review meetings or updates. Keep it simple with a one page report or take a deep dive into asset classes, comparable benchmarks and quarterly market and economic content.

Quarterly Billing / Timely Payments

You should spend your time servicing your cleint relationships, not billing accounts. Utilizing our multi-custodian platform in correlation with Black Diamond software integration, quarterly billing is a breeze. Each quarter Joule Financial will deduct your advisory fees from your client’s accounts, per each fee agreement on file. Typically, Joule Financial bills forward, keeping client fees in escrow and avaialble for any pro-rated credits that may occur. Once the quarter concludes we will deposit your revenue portion within your business account within 5 business days complete with a detailed report for your records of all detailed billing and revenue breakdowns.

Compliance Management / Oversight

You have enough to worry about through existing client management, market movements and potential client prospects. The last thing you should be thinking about is who is handling your compliance.
E-mail Archiving/ Books and Records/ Etc.

Plan development (Optional)

Unless a plan has already been established, or is not required, advisers may utilize Joule Financial to develop a comprehensive financial or retirement plan. Information gained from the completion of an in-depth questionnaire we will facilitate the design our proprietary Lifetime Income Financial Evaluation (LIFE) plan. Once we have received a completed questionnaire, developing a plan takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Following completion, advisers may then present this plan to your prospective client and review the recommendations developed to help achieve the desired financial goals and objectives. Investment Management (Optional)

We realize many advisers do not want to be involved in the day to day investment management of client assets. For this reason, Joule Financial offers our proprietary investment management process for no additional costs.

Whether it is our active managed, risk based models, strategic alpha index passive allocation or our dividend income model, we look look forward to working with the adviser in helping to customize an investment allocation strategy that is right for each client.
